Shipping & Refunds
All items are sent via Australia Post and we will try our very hardest to have these shipped within 2-5 days of order being placed. Postage is a flat rate of $9.00 for tracked postage (we have an express post option available also). Please be aware that once the item has been shipped your order is now out of our hands. If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your order after receiving your tracking number, please contact Australia Post for assistance.
Please remember that I am a one woman show with two little kids and whilst I will always endeavour to get your orders out as quick as possible, during sales and presale the turn around time will be longer. Thank you for your understanding on this.
Sorry no exchanges or refunds are accepted, unless item is faulty. Please be sure to double check sizing of shoes with your child's foot, as age indicators are offered as a 'guide only'.
